I am trying to get the 65k offer but i am not seeing it in my offer, i can't remember where i saw that you need 'fresh' miles so i transfered some in my account but still don't see it.

any recommandation? i went to the actual local bank and they offered me the 50k card but i wanted the 65k if thats available.
