What sort of plane are you on, and are you looking to go from Economy to Business?

Be aware that not all TT flights have a Business class, and that the product varies considerably between the aircraft...767 vs 777-300 (and even 772 to a lesser extent) for example.

Also, which fare did you purchase? There's a school of thought on here that says that if one buys a seat only fare, then more APD are needed to upgrade...less so for Works etc.
