Using CDP 2 and PC 175070, I'm showing $166.49 as the price. I wonder how you're able to see a cheaper price. I guess I will hold off for now and hope that a better rate will come around after November 15. Fingers crossed!
Which vehicle type are you looking at? Try clearing your cache and all of your cookies related to hertz.com and look again; I find that sometimes helps
Also, make sure that the PC sticks all the way through the final booking page.
