Many on this board who earn lots of miles quickly would argue that international premium cabin travel is the best redemption value for you miles. That is definitely a fun way to use your miles, but only you can decide how best to get the most value out of your miles.

My advice to you is to spend some time looking at some of the different treads on this board and you'll get a feel for what you can do. Also the trip reports section of the community board will give you a nice feeling for what many of the premium products are like on some of UA *A partners.
