That is doable and comprehensive but that's a very full on plan with lots of driving in a reasonably short period of time.

If you can, I would personally ditch the night 2 in Darwin and spend it in Kakadu. You can always drive down to Kakadu in the mid-afternoon (maybe with jumping crocs on the way) - it will give you a complete day in Kakadu .
