Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Another vote for National. Executive Emerald Aisle is great, and they are usually competitively priced (although YMMV). I haven't been to a car rental counter in years, just show up, pick a car, and go.
