I have no idea how they judge these things, but the HR Osaka is a popular venue for meeting events, from small to medium conferences at the hotel itself to large events at Intex next door (such as Sibos right now). The hotel has plenty of meeting/conference rooms, numerous suites, and almost always ready room availability.

For a business person coming to Osaka to meet clients, etc., the location is absolutely terrible (unless your business is only with the Mizuno Head Office next door or the handful of companies that have locations nearby).
