Hyatt MM's location (in the middle of Magnificent Mile) is better than HR (at the end corner of Wacker). Condition-wise, HR is much better than Hyatt MM. The room just looks old and the furniture and wallpapers are weary. Probably the worst aspect is the fact that the TV is still tube
However, the room is slightly larger and the staffs are more friendly at Hyatt MM. So it boils down to your personal preferences.
