Had a 757 for ORD-STL today in a marked MCE row (seat 10F, right behind door 2R), but the seats looked old, and I didn't see any seat back screens anywhere.
The 757 Cabin Improvement Program (all new seats, interiors etc) is separate from the re-pitch to create MCE. 757s with the old seats are being repitched and 757s that have been thru the CIP are being repitched. I'm certain that all 757s will receive MCE long before all 757s have been thru the CIP for all-new seats.

At this point, about half of the 757s that are sticking around for a while (other than the ones being retired in the near-term) have been thru the CIP.
