I'm in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. I live in the 9th floor of a 14 story building where most of the buildings nearby are 5-story buildings. Wind is blowing like crazy - seen some furniture fly off peoples balconies. I've moved everything I can off my balcony except for 2 heavy storage boxes which are too big to fit through my back door - but I've rachet-tied them down.
