I sent them an email when I noticed. However, this issue sounds familiar, and thinking back, I'm almost certain that I already sent them an inquiry when I signed up for the account way back when.
My building, while new, has been open for four years, so I'm hoping that whatever database is used to verify addresses would have been updated in that time. Guess not.
I don't use # or any symbols, just APT then the number.
I'll have to check my email archives to see if I already tried addressing it with them at some point.
If that doesn't work, I'll call.
