Question about eupgrade credit expiration dates

Hi all,

in my AC eupgrade account, I can see I earned 10 credits for top tier threshold 2012 in August this year.
The expiration date for those 10 credits is set to Feb. 28, 2013.
Shouldn't it be the end of Feb. 2014 instead?
The way it is set up right now gives me only 6 months to use those 10 credits, and I'm a bit confused.
