The US Postal system can also be out of whack on occasion: Several years ago they had Garden City, NY (zip 11530) and Mineola, NY (11501) as the same city--sometimes Mineola would come up as 11501 and sometimes as 11530--there were a few times when I ordered merchandise which was to go to my PO Box in Mineola, being sent to the correct PO Box in Garden City... They (eventually) caught the error and made corrections--but are their still wrong city pairs in the system?
