well, the statement will be november, yes. but the miles have been credited to customer premiermiles account.
Mine haven't posted in fact when I checked they seem to have debited some. I was due a refund from a company with whom I had not used my Citi card with in the first place, they have refunded me to my citi card and the miles have been debited for that.
Shall I take up missing points issue now or when my November statement kicks in?
Worth sending them a email or not on the refund? Its around 4,000 miles.
