I second your choice to go with SAS. We have used them a few times, very happy with their service. And I also second the advice to be very quick disembarking with an 11 am flight from FLL. It in theory shouldn't be a problem, but you need just one hiccup on the roads between the port of Miami and FLL (which is really easy to happen) and you might miss your flight. I would suggest switching to a later flight if you have that option.
