I would advise putting the hustle on for that debarkation morning. Don't put out your luggage the last night for pick-up in the terminal, rather keep it and carry it off. Talk to guest services about your early flight time. Personally I would only book an 11am flight out of FLL if my ship was disembarking at Port Everglades. It's doable, but don't spend any time being leisurely that morning.
