Does the same apply to the aisle seat occupant? Primary control of the aisle rests with them, so if you need to use the facilities, well you'll just have to wait until I'm done writing my email / brushing my teeth / clipping my toenails / you get the idea
I hope you can tell the difference between interior and exterior, as well as difference between an activity that involves your eyes vs an activity that involves other parts of your body.
If you think l a person sitting in the aisle looking out the window is the same thing as a window seat occupant wishing to access aisle, I should stop right here.
