I resolved both a name issue and an address issue by telephoning AA. Our street name is actually another word used for a street. Many data bases flinch on this but a real human can tell that the street name is actually a proper noun.
On the other hand, I've been trying for 7 1/2 years to get American Express to accept numerals in the company name. I guess they don't care about 3M, 8X8, F5, 3Com (yeah, not anymore). It's a bit absurd to have this kind of restriction in 2012.
