Note that they are supposed to snail mail it to you (why they can't use electronic mail for an electronic voucher is beyond me), however, I has a TCV issued 3 weeks ago, maybe longer, and I still haven't received it. Already used it because i asked them for the info
Always ask the agent to tell you the TCV number & pin before you hang up. If not, call back, reference the PNR for the ticket, and they can find it there. This must be done prior to finishing the rebooked itin, otherwise, they likely won't be able to get it for u.
