I was unable to book a domestic saver-f award on-line for goalie mom today and had to call. Dreaded doing it because of Sandy and getting stuck on hold but I got right thru with no hold time and the agent ticketed it in 5 minutes (and she said she had gotten a lot of calls today about folks not being able to book award tix on-line)
