Their's a lot of problems with United.com, many award seats shows available are phantom and cannot be booked. Lufthansa first class more than two weeks out is all phantom. It will let you pick the award, however you won't be able to check out. I told the CRS" I'm looking at the award seat" ans she said "sorry it's not available"
