I have tried unsuccessfully to book an award ticket over the last 24 hours or so.
Each time I try to book the flight, I go through the reservation process on United.com, get down to paying the $5.00 fee at the end of the process, and after entering my credit card info, I get an error message saying they can't process it.
Anyone have a similar experience or know what might be going on? I know there are serious issues with United.com (for example the seat assignment problem they can't seem to fix).
Is this just more harassment to keep people from booking award tickets?
