Do the Executive Suites have pullout couches? Tryin to figure out if it's worth it to use a Suite Night reward to have a separate room for Tim Jr. Or as a Plat can I expect an upgrade anyway?

Also has anyone had success communicating with the hotel before a stay? We arrive in LIM at 1:02 am on Christmas morning and I have visions of cancelled rooms dancing in my head...
