So I looked online and think this will be my plan:

1) arrive at FLL in evening ~8pm.
2) Get SAS shuttle for 4 people to go to miami area hotel at $15/person. Use CSP for 2% points.
3) Book Rodeway Inn Miami Airport and stay one night. Cheapest rate I can get for two double + rollaway bed is $105 using AAA code and stay the night. WIll use UR mall for 3% at choice hotels and then use chase freedom for 5%.
4) Ship departs at 4pm. Will likely grab breakfast/lunch and check out around noon. Take Rodeway inn's complimentary shuttle to port of miami.
5) Ship returns at 8am. Either get cab or SAS shuttle back to FLL once cruise is done to catch 11am flight.
