To follow up on this, If you used a voucher it can take multiple calls to get the refund and the voucher back. YMMV, but my last one took me 4 calls to get the refund and 1 additional call to get my voucher back.
Let me also add if you pay with non-USD funds (my company is Canadian and so is my credit card), occasionally the amounts don;t match and the refund gets "stuck". I have to call at cancel +10-14 days about 80% of the time.
