I would assume that anyone would do a simple phone call before posting here, so it would seem that that option didn't work.
OP- what did the agents say when you called to get the address entered?

OP lists all the steps he's taken. Calling AA isn't one of them. Given the # of people who post simple problems on FT, are advised to call the carrier, hotel, other vendor, take that advice and then report back success, I wouldn't ever assume that people posting here have taken the simplest of steps.
Needless to say, this isn't the week to be calling US-based carriers for matters which don't have impact in the next 72 hours.
