Probably check if there were instructions to present printed voucher, else they might be making things difficult for you. Rate and feedback on them accordingly on the website.

Last month, the Mandarin Oriental Manila would not let me check-in without a tangible copy of the voucher. They also charge for internet (not surprising). I made them cough up ten minutes of internet usage (on their "dime") to email them the voucher so that they could print it out. Oh, I should mention I had a screenprint (on my mobile) to show them (which has worked in place of a printout everywhere else). YMMV, for sure.
