I went to edit the address to add the apartment number, and I get the error message "We are unable to validate your Street address. Please verify and re-submit."
Ummm...I think I know my own address and apartment number.
I tried both adding it on the Street 1 and the Street 2 lines, and in both cases, it rejects it.
Not that I'm expecting any paper mail from AA for any reason, but just to be correct and up-to-date, it would be nice for the address to be correct.
Our postal carrier has already said they won't deliver mail without an apartment number on it (there are 212 units in my building, so it's understandable that they shouldn't have to sort everything and figure out who it belongs to). Yet AA won't let me correct my address. Any ideas?
You need to call in and the agent can override. I live in a building that was opened less than 2 years ago, and most places won't recognize the address, including AA. Everyone else just asks me if I'm sure its my address, while AA.com refuses to input it at all. A 5 minute call fixed everything, but it was annoying that it had to come to that.
