You can use Google Maps to get the location of the hotel and where you would like to be.
If you are interested Siam Center etc. the closest hotels are Renaissance, InterContinental, Holiday Inn Silom, St Regis, Grand Hyatt & Courtyard of the chains hotels and I have stayed at them all several times.
I have priority club and the card so i got PLATINUM status. ( just a room upgrade?)
As per your info, I checked and found Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam for 15k points a night. when you stayed there it offered free breakfast?
I checked the hotel site and it says " Start the day right with our complimentary Express Start breakfast and stay connected with free Wi-Fi through-out the hotel."
