Do print out and take the voucher with you--some hotels will want it handed over, others don't care. If you are worried about your booking, you can check with the hotel and they should be able to see your reservation and that it was through Agoda. No different from Expedia or any of the other more famous agents.
Last month, the Mandarin Oriental Manila would not let me check-in without a tangible copy of the voucher. They also charge for internet (not surprising). I made them cough up ten minutes of internet usage (on their "dime") to email them the voucher so that they could print it out. Oh, I should mention I had a screenprint (on my mobile) to show them (which has worked in place of a printout everywhere else). YMMV, for sure.
