LH SEN and BIZ lounges in FRA are so hopelessly overcrowded most of the day that I'm not longer giving it a try at all and going directly to one of a bars around. The only lounge in FRA which is still ok is LH arrival lounge but only valid for long haul arrivals in C or F.
