Can someone who has flown standard economy in SQ compare it to deluxe economy in Eva or Premium Economy on Cathay?

Assume that a bulkhead or exit row seat on SQ is available for the extra $50, upper deck A380.

FWIW, the routing would be SFO to HKG (SQ/CX) or SFO/TPE (Eva).
