I'm curious to understand that if you want to use miles to book an Award RTW ticket, and various segments don't offer A (First), but instead one gets booked into D (Business), how are the miles required for the ticket calculated per the AA chart http://boardingarea.com/blogs/aadvan...plorer-ticket/ ?
