The OP's itineray seems to include some time travel, right? I have never been able to leave SFO at 11 p.m. time PST and arrive in ORD on the morning of the same date as I left SFO.

The OP's 1 hour and 55 minute connection time is just fine for where it is at.

3 hours and 26 minutes -- as the OP has it already -- is just fine for SFO at the time of day relevant to the OP.

When traveling with non-US persons on nearly the same sort of itinerary, it worked out just fine with the OP's sort of itinerary.

As long as the OP's SQ flight takes-off twice on or about on time, it is all well and good.
