When you say you received "I/O" service, what did you receive? There is not much difference between I/O & the service they would provide for a true VIP. Its psbl they ran out of regular cars for your ground transfer. I/O is very different then HON. There is no set miles/ revenue to make I/O. I got it for the first time a few months ago & even I have no idea why (I have my suspicions but even the fold at EK won't tell me exactly how I was "chosen". They do keep the numbers of I/O's down to a few hundred which is nice
