SFO Transfer terminal 1 to 3 (in less than 45 minutes)

I know there was another thread but can't find it with the search feature.

Anyways, wife got the famous "schedule change" with TUS-SFO-OGG.

The TUS-SFO is on UX and know they are using terminal 1 now. SFO-OGG will be from terminal 3.

The connection time is now changed to 36 minutes

With closing the gate at 10 minutes early, that's officially 26 minutes to get off one plane, catch the bus, drive to terminal 3, then walk (likely run) to whatever gate in 3.

Is it me, or is this likely improbable?
