PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will receive:
A 6-day/5-night trip for the winner and up to ten (10) guests to stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel of their choice within the continental U.S. Trip includes: coach class round trip air transportation for the winner and up to ten (10) guests to/from a major airport nearest the winner’s and each guest’s residence and the Embassy Suites Hotel selected; hotel accommodations (six (6) double/double one-bedroom suites per night); and a $5,000 gift card which the winner may use as spending money on the trip.
In addition, the Grand Prize includes a check in the amount of $5,025 which the winner may apply towards the payment of his/her tax liability on the Grand Prize value. Should the winner’s actual income taxes on the Grand Prize be higher than $5,025, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between the winner’s actual income taxes on the prize and this $5,025.
The winner may take up to 10 guests on the Trip, provided each guest submits the required documents as set forth below. ARV of Grand Prize: US$20,100. Actual retail value may vary and depends on location of winner’s residency and dates of travel. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Trip must be reserved 60 days in advance and completed by December 31, 2013. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. If no space is available at the winner’s chosen hotel on the winner’s chosen dates, winner must either find dates during which the hotel is available or select another hotel.
Winner and guests must possess and show valid travel documents prior to departure. If guest is a minor, s/he must be the child or legal ward of the winner. Guest must sign a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. Parent or legal guardian of minor guest must sign a Release of Liability/Publicity on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of the minor prior to travel.
Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated agent will handle all booking for the winner and his/her guests. Winner and guests must stay at the selected hotel at the same time. Once airline tickets have been ticketed, no changes will be permitted. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Blackout dates may apply and winner may not be able to travel on certain select dates. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel vouchers.
Any costs and expenses not specifically set forth in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local income taxes.
