Yes booked the luxury prestige at the palazzo. I thought the V.I.P area was going to be a good move. If I go straight up to the 23rd floor to check In do I need to tell anyone porters , etc where I'm going when I drop off the car? Also has anyone made good use of the personal assistant . The fortuna suite looks amazing last time I was here I stayed in a fountain view suite at the Cosmo I thought was really good. Does it have a balcony ?
You can check in using the VIP area to the left, but I think it's easier and more relaxing to head up to the 23rd floor, that's just me. Just mention to the porters that you are booked into the prestige level and they'll point you in the direction where to go and take your bags so your don't have the drag them across the casino floor infront of everyone - exactly what I did.
It doesn't have a balcony, but I did have strip facing views infront of TI.
You get various benefits at prestige level. Movie with popcorn and drinks etc went down well with my wife. Of course Ambassador/RA you get a free movie rental.
