Given all your comments regarding IFE, seat and price schemes, I could not agree more. Charging among the highest prices but offering a mediocre, if not substandard product doesn't work forever. Upgrading the fleet will take years and this will only improve the seats, not the quality of the food or the IFE. The question is, if it's not aleady too late for the turnaround. Everybody here knows that it is 10 x more expensive to gain new customers than to keep the old customers loyal.

Maybe you should just send this analysis directly to LH's supervisory board, just in case if they need a reason to get rid of the current CEO.
