Booked on BA 8488 AGP-LCY 24th October. Scheduled departure 14:20. Received text cancelling flight at 09:00. Given a phone number to ring, but after ten minutes holding on, I hung up and headed for the airport. Arrived 10:00 and was put on 11:30 flight to LGW. I was wondering how BA sorted out the rest of the passengers who would have turned up for the original flight.
