That was always the case but an attractive pricing via awards, the FCT and a good HON program put so much lipstick on the pig that it looked attractive :-)
Lufthansa will never lead the way and depends on loyal customers. Loyal customers will come up with 10 defenses without even thinking why LH is best.
At the moment, I don't knowone (but LH senior management) who comes up with a lot of praise for anything they are doing...
I am a bit puzzled how the hole organization turned into an elite-hating one in no time. Lufthansa is everything but a trustworthy organization and that is quite sad given that they did so much better some time back.
