This is what smartphones and Youtube are for. Document it all with a nice on the spot video. In many cases just the threat of a Youtube video will assure compliance with your wishes. But be careful as it can also lead to violence when you shame someone!
I was denied my 3PC allowance on a BA flight a few months back and I pulled out my iPhone to record the conversation. The Check-in agent went of it and called the police on me. I calmly deleted the footage so they weren't called.
He mentioned something about recording officials in a airport is illegal although I am quite sure he was just trying to scare me as he knew I would do some damage with that recording.
