Sitting at the BA lounge at T5 B Gates now, and still can't get over the very bad experience earlier at the B/C Gate connection security. What made it even worse is that when I was about to leave (finished security), I asked if I can have a comment card and the guy straight out said that there is none available. I won't go into all the details of what all else this guy did, but rather, does anyone know where (email or address) one can write a complain about security at Heathrow T5? directly at the Heathrow airport website, or on the BAA site? or is there a more effective way?

ps. I fly over 100k miles a year, and up until today, I've concluded that TSA in the states is probably the wrost, but I must say that T5 might have changed my mind completly today
