I've frequently found XN availability when X=0, and ON availability when O=0. Is I/IN really that different?
(It's an honest question -- I'm usually looking for X/XN, and recently spent a while looking for O/ON, but I've never actually tried to look for United business).
I booked a flight a few months ago where IN was available and I was not available. So it is possible.
