As for food service, 3-cabin will remain cart service due to galley configuration.
LH even pushes a cart through F. Of course, their cart is bringing caviar,all the trimmings and good champagne.

I prefer UA's service to CO's internationally, I find if you're friendly to the crews they tend to be friendly too.
