Does anyone know if Silver Airways flying earns premier qualifying miles and segments (PQM/PQS) for MP members? I am looking at flying MCO-PNS (Pensacola)-IAD instead of MCO-IAD to pick up the extra segment for $4. .bomb says I earn RDMs on the flight, but is silent on whether I earn PQM/PQS.

I just flew (two weeks ago) on Silver Airways from TPA-TLH on an EWR-TPA-TLH flight booked through United. As previously noted, assuming it is a United codeshare, you should get PQM/PQS for the flight. Incidentally, the PQM/PQS for the TPA-TLH segment posted a day in advance of the PQM/PQS for the EWR-TPA flight.
I've actually done the flight from MCO-PNS as well. You will have the joy (loose definition) of flying on a Saab 340 I believe, which actually feels like the Dreamliner compared to the Beech 1900 I experienced on the TPA-TLH route.
