I'm flying in and out of Kathmandu - the best chance to get a peek at the peak

Hi to any Nepal flyers.

In the first week of June, I'm looking at flying (Internationally) in and out of KTM (Kathmandu). June is the begining of the Southern Monsoon season and associated winds and cloud.
If I was to give myself the best chance of seeing Mt Everest on decent or climb out, which side of the aircraft should I choose my seat. I will probably flying a Middle East airline heading from/to the Gulf countries.

Many thanks.
