I don't call to reserve it as all F/J seats are the same to me. But of it is reserved for UM's, then why do I even have to call? Shouldn't it automatically be give to me then?
I guess the system doesn't know that you're a UM. I only call if a certain seat I see available on Expertflyer isn't available on the booking manager.
