Your choice. My experience on sCO TATL is the exact opposite of yours. Good food, but the FA disappears afterwards, and if you want more wine, too bad.

Are there occasional bad experiences on sUA TATL? Sure, but overall, I'll take sUA anytime over sCO, and yes, I do avoid the gold trim and the arrogance that goes along with it.
