Differences between Y,B and H booking class
Hi All,
Just looking for some clarification on the Y,B and H booking classes. I have a wedding to go to in May and I've had a look at some flights in H class (SIN-LHR). Normally if I travel for personal reasons I would end up in L or something like that, as I never need the flexibility. In this case I may have a work commitment that'll mean I'll need to change the flights - hence looking for something more flexible.
When I clicked the "flexible" option on the BA site it gave me a price that was quite expensive (Y class), and when I selected the discounted version and selected "increase flexibility" I got H class at a third of the price. As far as I can see the H class still enables me to change flights or get a full refund if I require it, so whats the difference between Y, B and H?
Thanks
